If you enjoy drinking Cabernet Sauvignon and would like to learn more about it—not to mention taste a whole lot of it—you may want to consider attending Vegas Uncork'd.

The four-day culinary festival is scheduled for May 10-13, with various events at Caesars Palace, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. There even will be a gathering of food trucks atop the Bellagio parking garage.

For Cabernet lovers, the “Kings of Cabernet” event on May 12 at Bellagio will provide a glimpse of what goes into making world-class renditions of the variety, from the soil to the bottle. Three of the world’s best winemakers will discuss and pour their coveted Cabs.

Prices for the various Uncork’d events range from $75 to $295. The 90-minute “Kings of Cabernet” gathering is pegged at $85.
