David Lynch is a James Beard Award-winning sommelier, and in the September issue of Bon Appetit magazine, he writes what is, in effect, a eulogy for the massive restaurant wine list.

"Wines That Rock" at New Vegas Steakhouse

Wine is not mentioned in the name of the new steakhouse at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The restaurant, which is located in the space formerly occupied by Rare 120, is called 35 Steaks + Martinis. You can view the menu here.

Martinis are not the only libations one can sip at 35, however. There’s also a very good wine list that includes the kind of full-throttle Cabernet Sauvignon choices you’d expect from a serious steakhouse.
