Celebrity News and Website Previews

The “Rumours” are true: Mick Fleetwood, founding member of and drummer for Fleetwood Mac, is in the wine business.

Fleetwood doesn’t have his own winery, but he does have his own brand. He sources grapes from all over the world and has them transformed into wine. Varieties include Syrah, Barbera, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah.

“I strive to create approachable wines,” he says. “Wines that I like, that my friends like, and most importantly, wines that most people appreciate.”

Another “celebrity winemaker,” Adam Firestone, says that his life remains committed to wine – even after his family sold its Santa Ynez Valley winery, and even after his frequent appearances on television. The family now operates a winery farther north – in Paso Robles, California.

“I was born the year of our first harvest,” says the former star of “The Bachelor” reality series, “so winemaking was all I knew. This is a family tradition that we hope to pass on to future generations.”  Mick Fleetwood Wines.
