Clubs and restaurants are popular places to meet and hang out with friends. So, could a wine-related social center be the next big thing?
Brian McGonigle and Paolo Mancini expect their San Francisco Wine Center to be a happening place.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the Center combines 230 secure, climate-controlled individual wine storage lockers of varying sizes with an intimate tasting room and a small wine lounge featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen.
The wine storage lockers range from $75 to $450 monthly and can store up to 400 cases. Members have priority booking of the lounge area — perfect for wine-pairing dinners and private tastings — and discounts on space rental and tasting events also are included with membership.
