Filmmakers and musicians from across America and around the globe have come to Temecula Valley wine country in Southern California every September since 1995 to participate in the celebration of the two most influential art forms: film and music.
More than 700 films from more than 20 countries have been screened since 1995.
Lifetime and career achievement award honorees include distinguished film and music icons of past and present such as Dionne Warwick, Gena Rowlands, Hector Elizondo, Rick Shroeder, Natasha Hentsridge, Carl Reiner, Karl Malden, Shirley Jones, Ray Charles, Rita Coolidge, Marsha Mason, Robert Stack, William Shatner, Patty Duke, Etta James, Diane Ladd, Louis Gossett Jr., Lou Rawls and Gina Gershon.
The music competition component of the Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival is designed to showcase the music vision and artistic wizardry of talented individuals and groups from across America and around the world.
The festival’s social calendar starts with opening night festivities, followed by daily and nightly filmmaker/musician receptions, film screenings, industry workshops, a Lifetime and Career Achievement Awards Black Tie Gala, a Closing Night Wrap party, Best of Fest special screening presentation and much more.
The 15th annual Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival runs Sept. 9-13 at the Movie Experience Theaters at Tower Plaza Center in Temecula, and is presented by Cinema Entertainment Alliance, a non-profit arts and education organization dedicated to celebrating independent world cinema and music.
