They call it “Single Night” for more than a single reason.
“They” are the Russian River Valley Winegrowers, and they’ve planned a very special evening for Saturday, June 5 at C. Donatiello Winery.
The focus of the event will be single-vineyard wines made by some of the top vintners in the region. Accompanying samples of those special wines will be single bites of local artisan food specialties.
But that’s not all. There also will be an auction – one the organizers claim will be like no other, at least from an entertainment standpoint – for some amazing adventures, including:
* Plane rides over the Russian River Valley
* A kayaking trip and clam bake on the Russian River
* Classic Jeep vineyard treks
* Hot air ballooning
* A winery cave tasting with lots of extras
The evening will conclude with music and dancing – all in all, a full night of vinous fun. Better still, it’s for a good cause, as proceeds will benefit Russian River Winegrowers’ educational programs and future events.
