Las Vegas for Foodies

As Bon Appetit was working on the schedule of events for its Las Vegas Uncork’d event (see our February 2 post), it sent Nina Elder to Sin City in search of sinfully delicious culinary experiences.

Here are two of Elder’s finds…

* L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon – “Robuchon’s black-clad culinary ninjas silently move through the open kitchen creating art: a perfect scallop topped with a pave of chopped chives; silky tomato gazpacho nestled in a bed of rice; and crispy langoustine with basil pesto.”

At the MGM Grand; 702-891-7358

* P3 Commons – Eight restaurants share the same (third floor) level, “making it possible to have a drink at chef Scott Conant’s wine bar, a bite at Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill, paella from Jose Andres’s Jaleo, and dessert overlooking the Eiffel Tower on the patio at David Myers’s Comma Ca.”

At The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; 877-893-2001
