MALBEC MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN
Ingredients
- 2.5-lbs. pork tenderloin
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup Malbec
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Preparation
- In a heavy-duty, sealable bag, combine all ingredients.
- Seal bag, pressing out all air, and place in a shallow baking dish.
- Allow to marinate overnight — up to 24 hours — in refrigerator.
- Grill pork for approximately 15 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
