I wanted to write to tell you that Vinesse is open for business. We have ample wine in stock, and are actively delivering wine. While orders and club memberships have picked up, our systems and supplies have kept up, thanks to the dedication of our team and and key vendors.
Many customers are frankly stocking up while supplies last and while shipping is available. To make things easier on everyone who wants to do the same, we have extended our free shipping on all case orders in our online shop which applies automatically. We are asking customers to limit their orders to 3 cases or less. Alternatively, join our American Cellars Wine Club, get a big discount, and be assured of a monthly shipment of 6 wines. Should supplies become more limited, we will fulfill wine club members first.
As a California company, our employees are subject to the governor’s order to “shelter in place.” Our customer service team is adjusting as quickly as possible to this disruption by providing service from their homes. Please use online service, email, and chat first before calling. We ask that you please be patient as we get to everyone.
